For people who are looking for a home close to the sea and love beautiful nature, spectacular sunsets and the authentic Mallorca, s'Estanyol and its surroundings are just the right choice. The urbanization s'Estanyol is located on the northeast coast of Mallorca. The small settlement belongs to the municipality of Artà and borders directly on Colònia de Sant Pere, a particularly beautiful, quiet and peaceful spot. The urbanization is bordered by a small pebble beach and a large nature reserve. S'Estanyol is the perfect retreat, away from the hustle and bustle and surrounded by the unique nature of Mallorca, ideal for hiking, MTB tours and various water sports activities. The village of Colònia de Sant Pere, with its small marina, is only about 2 km away. Although tourism has already arrived here, it is not designed for large numbers of visitors. The promenade and beaches are correspondingly relaxed. Bars and restaurants have settled along the promenade north of the harbor, which is lined with benches under tamarisk trees.
